PayPal: Sorry, we've received a bad result.
I am trying the free TIxys account before moving to the next step.
My paypal sandbox account is up and running. I have been able to grant API permissions yet the email address I enter i always rejected with a message "PayPal: Sorry, we've received a bad result. Please try again later."

On developer.paypal.com go to dashboard and sandbox / accounts.
Create a business account, use the email address for tixys and the credentials just create to grant the API permission.
Still does not work though... Nothing appears on the booking page
